WHAT WAS CHANGED FROM KANJIVG
  - Only the characters the app teaches are kept: 2,136 kanji, 223 kana and kana
    combinations, and 98 radicals.
  - Stroke paths stay in KanjiVG's 109 x 109 grid with their coordinates rounded
(mostly to one decimal place), and the XML was re-packaged as JSON.
    Stroke order is KanjiVG's.
  - Small kana inside combinations (the small ゃ in きゃ, the small ァ in ファ ...) were
shrunk and placed beside the full-size kana, as written on paper.
  - For each radical, the radical's own strokes (with the SVG transform the app draws
them with) and, for each kanji that contains it, which of that kanji's strokes are
the radical (0-based indices into the kanji's stroke list), from KanjiVG's groups,
    with a few hand corrections.

FILES
  kanji-strokes.json { "<kanji>": ["<SVG path>", ...] } in stroke order, 109 x 109 box
  kana-strokes.json { "<kana>": ["<SVG path>", ...] } same format
  radicals.json [ { "id", "radical", "strokes", "transform", "in_kanji": { "<kanji>": [i, ...] } } ]

Nothing else from the app (pictures, words, meanings, readings, recordings) is in this
archive; those are not from KanjiVG and are not covered by this licence.
